Add another SOBS Administrator

You can have multiple SOBS Administrators. You can allocate Administrator status to different staff for different applications.

Only a SOBS Administrator will have access to the staff list, and only the SOBS Administrator can allocate a second SOBS Administrator for your school.

  1. Click on your school name (bottom left)
  2. Click on “Staff / Guests” in the school menu
  3. This will show the “Staff list”
  4. Scroll down to locate the staff member you want to promote
  5. Use the action menu (far right of the table row) and select “Edit”

Scroll down the edit form until you find the security settings for this staff member. The system will list one line for each application your school subscribes to.

Set the security for this staff member for each application as required.
